Uma crítica à concepção semântica de conseqüência lógica
Abstract
In this work we present three characteristics of the logical consequence, based on its intuitive notion: necessity, formality and apriority. Following we explain the standard semantic conception, or model-theoretic, of logical consequence. We illustrate an argument against its conceptual adequacy, looking for showing that it does not satisfy the three mentioned characteristics. We suggest, according to Etchemendy’s argument, that this conception does not satisfy these characteristics for being based on a specific universe, the universe of set theories of type Zermelo-Fraenkel.
